How to show the Files & Folders on the Downloads page if they are not displaying.

If you can’t see any Files & Folders to download on the “Downloads” page on our website (https://www.easyfbt.com.au/downloads) then you will probably need to allow JavaScript within your internet browser settings.

The following details the steps required to allow JavaScript for our website within the Microsoft Edge and Google Chrome internet browsers.

Note: If you don’t have access rights to change your internet browser settings on your computer, then you will need your IT to assist you with this.

Microsoft Edge

If you are using the Microsoft Edge internet browser and get a “Widget Didn’t Load” error on the “Downloads” page of our website then you just need to allow your internet browser to use JavaScript.

To update your JavaScript settings in your Microsoft Edge internet browser, go to the JavaScript settings area (edge://settings/content/javascript) and either turn “Allowed” on or add https://www.easyfbt.com.au:443 in the “Allow” section to be able to use our website’s “Downloads” page widget.

Once this is done, refresh the "Downloads" page to be able to see the easyFBT Files & Folders.

Google Chrome

If you are using the Google Chrome internet browser and the easyFBT Files & Folders don’t show on our website’s “Downloads” page then you will probably need to allow JavaScript within your internet browser settings.

In your Google Chrome internet browser you need to go to the JavaScript settings area (chrome://settings/content/javascript) and either set the “Default behaviour” to “< > Sites can use JavaScript” or, if you don’t want to turn on this default setting then you can just add “https://www.easyfbt.com.au:443” in the “Customised Behaviours > Allowed to use JavaScript” section to enable JavaScript specifically for our website.

Once this is done, refresh the "Downloads" page to be able to see the easyFBT Files & Folders.
