Delivery

After ordering online, you will receive an e-mail confirmation from eWAY containing your order details (if you have provided your e-mail address). We will normally confirm receipt of your order within a few minutes of ordering. We will attempt to send your software/license/access code via e-mail within 1 working days. Refunds and returns

As One Plus One Solutions Pty Limited provide all software with a free trial version, we do not provide refunds once we have sent the purchased licence key to you. This is as per our software licence agreement which you have accepted as part of the installation of our software solutions.
