Having recently attended Microsoft Ignite 2015, I came away thinking about how to improve easyFBT going forward - hey no one wants to use dull and hard-to-use software that doesn't fit with your workflow or business practices.

With most things, we need and want to be inspired and motivated to continually improve everything we do from our family lives, to work or sport.  The lock-note closing session at Microsoft Ignite featured Dr Jason Fox a motivation strategy and design expert discussing how we could take away what we learned during the week and apply it.

Jason gave a brilliant and very witty keynote around the quest of motivating yourself or people around you and doing great work.  Now while part of this keynote related to the week just past, I thought it would be something very useful to share with you all.

Many of us will be taking time off over the Christmas holidays and no doubt some of you will be thinking/planning about the up-coming new year.  It's a chance to reset and work on the things we want to change, improve or learn.  Upon return to work we are inspired, but how many of us will fall back into the default work pattern - e-mails, phone-calls etc leaving our inspiration behind.

I fully recommend you watch Jason's lock-note and perhaps find something to help you make clever happen!
